Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
- Item must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Health & Safety products (personal protective equipment, first aid items)
- Cookware & Dinnerware that has been used
- Any items that show signs of use or have been assembled

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your item securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship to the address provided. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
