Our Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Health & Safety products (personal protective equipment, first aid items)
  • Cookware & Dinnerware that has been used
  • Any items that show signs of use or have been assembled
